Down the culinary rabbit hole we go! Join me on my adventures and misadventures, both delicious and disastrous, savage and sage. I will recreate culinary memories, chart anthropological explorations, hone technical skills and explore food trends, both topical and historical.
About the Author
Jill Paradiso is a classically trained chef with a degree from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. She has worked in the kitchens of Mario Batali and Jean Georges Vongerichten and done recipe testing and development for Martha Stewart, David Rosengarten, Whole Foods Markets, and Dean and Deluca.
She loves wine almost as much as food, and also does wine marketing and education.
